On Commission Challenge
"On Commission Challenge: We describe an object poorly. Each team gets 3 tries to get it right. If neither get it right who ever draws closest to it wins."
Description: It loves to have its own fluids flow through its holes.
Ideas so far:
* sponge
* heart
* sink
Everyone should try to post what they think the object could be in this thread. We can give an answer to blubber if it looks good enough.
We still have 3 tries left.

"It loves to have its own fluids flow out of its holes."
It HAS to be something that can MAKE fluids.
Sponge cannot be it, as sponge cannot generate water.
Sink is the same.
Heart is our closest guess.
Then again, it can be testicles.

Re: On Commission Challenge
"Testicles" would actually be a pretty good guess if it wasn't holes plural, but I think that also rules out "sink" as a likely candidate. I think you're right that "its own fluids" indicates "sponge" is not likely, either. I usually expect this kind of riddle to have very carefully-chosen words, so note that it's "through" not "out of".
Sorry for saying no to everything and giving no new suggestions. It's a real stumper.

Arteries, Hydralics, Hydraulophone are other possibilities.
Hydraulophone might be what we're looking for. Wiki page so you can see what it is: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hydraulophone

caligulasAquarium, opspe, and I think it may be a bladder.
If no one else has a good objection I will submit it to blubber an hour after posting this.

Re: On Commission Challenge
Whatever it is, the sentence was written to make us think of dicks. Thus I would not recommend "dicks" or "balls", much too obvious.
Bladder would be have been a good guess, it contains a fluid that we love to get out of our hole. But then again that one is missing the plural. I'm pretty sure the bladder only has one exit.
Liver or heart would be more likely than bladder IMO

CONFOUND IT! Methought of the holes that get into the bladder from the kidneys!Blue Screen wrote:Whatever it is, the sentence was written to make us think of dicks. Thus I would not recommend "dicks" or "balls", much too obvious.

Heart PUMPS fluids. Liver might be a better guess.

Re: On Commission Challenge
"Heart" makes some sense because of "loves", I think it's the strongest contender we've come up with so far. A few minutes ago, most likely because I was working on that shark video, "shark" occurred to me, since sharks have to be constantly moving to keep water flowing through their gills. Once again though, "its own fluids" seems to not quite fit.

Re: On Commission Challenge
I was just thinking: maybe we're overthinking it? Maybe it's not a riddle, but really just a crappy description?
